Clinical psychologist Elizabeth Seaward will guide us in questioning our concept of happiness in order to build a more realistic understanding and opening up the possibility to create a practical approach to its construction.

Elizabeth Seaward is a clinical psychologist who is a specialist in suicidal conduct and addictions. She is also the president of ACEPS, the Asociación Costarricense para el Estudio y la Prevención del Suicidio (Costa Rican Association for the Study and Prevention of Suicide).
