To heal fully, we need to understand the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit. This is the philosophy of Dr. Rasa Nikanjam, ND, a licensed naturopathic doctor from Canada. In her presentation on August 10, Dr. Rasa will discuss the specific ways food can help:
Dr. Rasa Nikanjam also holds a graduate of science degree in cell biology and genetics from the University of British Columbia. As a naturopathic doctor, she uses Chinese medicine along with acupuncture; nutrition; herbal medicine; homeopathy; counseling; hydrotherapy, and physical medicine to help her patients.
Her work recognizes the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit, and that true harmony is only possible when all aspects of being work together. Her passion is guiding patients to understand and eliminate the root cause of their health concerns so they can achieve and maintain optimal health.
