Lisa Foulger, MBA, PCC, Executive Coach and Leadership Development Consultant, is an accomplished Hewlett-Packard executive in the global computer industry for over 25 years leading marketing, R&D, administration, customer sales operations, business planning & transformation and finance teams, along with general management profit & loss responsibilities. Lisa launched her global coaching, consulting and training business to inspire leaders to deliver outstanding business results.
As a past board member of the Costa Rica American Chamber of Commerce and a top HP leader based in Costa Rica, she expanded her business understanding of Latin American business needs and provided valuable guidance to the business and committees she worked for in order to advance global talent. She also provides consultancy and is a sought after speaker in international events.
Lisa holds a B.S. degree in Finance an M.B.A. from Arizona State University and Oslo Business School, Norway and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Juletta Broomfield commenced her career in the global marketing and Management & IT consultancy in the UK. With her focus on delivering superior value and ensuring customer satisfaction, Juletta was one of the top performing researchers. She has led and managed several public/private partnerships and consulted for four Governments in France, Hong Kong, Singapore and the UK. In the past 20 years, she has worked for two corporate giants: HSBC and Hewlett-Packard (HP) in three continents: Asia, Central and North America, and Europe.
At HSBC and HP, Juletta Broomfield held senior executive P&L positions reporting to the Chairman, President and VP executive levels. She achieved a track record of delivering results based on customer-driven strategies, an energized and motivating leadership style, and well executed implementation plans. She is the first female director responsible for HP global operations in Costa Rica. Since leaving HP in 2010, Juletta has headed up her own consultancy focused on business turn around and growth. In 2012 she became the Acting COO for Arias & Muñoz, the largest Law Firm in Central America. Juletta was the first and current Committee Chair of AmCham The Factorf+m Committee which sponsored the Leadership Conference for Women and Men Leading Together in May 2014.
