[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The meeting this month was extraordinary with our speaker Monique Chabot teaching us how to deal with stress. Monique led us through some transformative exercises that helped us not only to pinpoint where our stress comes from but actionable tools to help us deal with it. These life skills are valuable not only in the workplace but in all aspects of our lives.
PWN provides a safe environment for women to explore new concepts and share with each other, not only in networking and business but in emotional growth.

Some comments from our attendees:
Women coming together is a powerful tool towards change – tools and food for thought to fight stress.
