The Professional Women’s Network of Costa Rica (PWNCR) invites you to a meaningful morning of connection, conversation, and learning at our Costa Rica Women’s Health Forum— a thoughtfully curated event bringing together women and leading health professionals from across Costa Rica.
Taking place on Saturday, April 25th at Delta Hotels by Marriott San Jose Aurola, this Forum is designed to create a safe, welcoming space for honest dialogue around women’s health, well-being, and lived experience.
At a time when women are balancing careers, families, leadership, and personal health — often all at once — this event offers something different: real conversations, expert insight, and the opportunity to ask the questions that don’t always get asked.
What to Expect
This is not a traditional conference or lecture-style panel.
Our Women’s Health Forum features:
- Interview-style conversations with women health professionals
- An intimate, conversational format that encourages reflection and participation
- A closing group Q&A, bringing multiple expert perspectives together
The goal is simple: to make women feel informed, supported, and comfortable engaging in meaningful discussions about their health — without pressure or pretense.
