The holidays are coming!
The 2021 PWNCR Holiday Goods & Service Fair is the place to be (virtually) on Saturday, November 20th. Whether you want to buy your Christmas gifts or sell Christmas gifts, it is going to be a festive event. For vendors this is of course also a valuable opportunity to promote your business. For attendees this is a fantastic time to prepare for the holidays with creative gift ideas that will support our members and help them to build their businesses!

What to expect: A festive time to learn about the incredible goods and services our members and friends of the PWNCR have to offer. A wonderful door prize will be offered by each vendor. You must be present to win door prizes such as essential oils, an art poster, and much more!
How will it work?: We’ll have some opening remarks and then each vendor will have the opportunity to share for 5 minutes about their business and any special promotions. Please note, in the case of a large turnout we will use the breakout rooms feature of Zoom.
PWNCR Members and Friends, this offer for a free virtual booth is valid if you have already paid your membership fee for 2021 or would like to join or renew your membership now. A 1 year membership is 15,000 colones and it will be valid from now through 2022. A three year membership is 40,000 colones and it will be valid from now through 2024! How to prepare and get the most out of the event?:
- ASAP for Vendors (by November 15th at the latest) please send 1-5 images (JPG or PNG) to email@example.com (or via WhatsApp to 8868-6990) that can be shared to social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp) to “show and tell” about the goods or services you have to offer. Be as specific as possible; e.g. if you are selling 1 Christmas ornament for 5,000 colones but have a special promotion of 3 Christmas ornaments for 10,000 colones, create an image just for that! Your business name, email, and website should be included as part of the images if at all possible. If not included on the image(s), then those details should be shared along with images. Please also be sure to indicate if payments for your goods or services can be made via SINPE, PayPal, or if you prefer another payment method.
- From today through November 19th: Share on your own social media about the event and invite your friends and family to attend!
- On November 20th join the Zoom Meeting at 9:30am
- Vendors, when you log in to the Zoom link, please have a “virtual booth” ready with any promotional materials about your goods or services displayed prominently. It would look great on Zoom if you can have a banner and/or actual products displayed that you can share live at the fair!
