The business-to-customer relationship is fundamental to building a successful company. On April 6, Nicole Gamboa of StarBox Costa Rica will discuss how implementing a social responsibility policy in your business can impact the buying decisions of your customers. During the presentation, Nicole will explain how building a relationship on social responsibility with customers and their communities can lead to increased sales and rising profits.
Stemming from her lifelong passion for animal welfare, Nicole is an active volunteer for the “Asociación Animalitos Abandonados”. This non-profit carries out spaying and neutering campaigns on a monthly basis in the poorer areas of the Central Valley and elsewhere, responding to a dire need in our country. She was able to dedicate her time to this passion after having raised her two sons and successfully launching the startup logistics company, StarBox.
Nicole was born and raised between Cañas and San José in Costa Rica, with a mixed European/American/Tico heritage influencing her soul, and always in an animal-friendly setting. Her Grandmother, Madeleine Wilke was a member of the Women´s Club of Costa Rica many, many years ago and instilled in Nicole the love and care for animals as well as being the catalyst in finding her passion for animal welfare.
