[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]This month’s meeting with Sara Basloe was a very valuable eye opener. We learned that 68% of customer defection is because they think we don’t care about them!
Sara Basloe led us through a beautiful slide show with facts, stories and examples of how we can not only retain our present customers, but also increase our businesses by 100% in one year!
We met in the Japanese Room of TinJo, which created an intimate atmosphere. Attendees had a chance to share our own stories and get personalized guidance from Sara.
